Mori-Seiki CNC Lathes

We have two Mori-Seiki CNC Lathes, with a 70mm hole through the draw bar. Both these lathes have Hydro Flow Bar Feeds to take 3.6 meter bars.

 

Daewoo Puma 150G

A small CNC lathe with a 40mm hole through the draw bar with a Hydro Flow Bar feed. A quick production machine for small work.
Hartford 1020 Machining Center

Capable of milling, drilling, tapping and cutting of shapes that are mathematically possible. A 20 position tool changer that allows for a large selection of tools. There is a Mastercam package which is for programming the Machining Center.

 

Okuma LB400-M Lathe

This is our latest purchase to our CNC fleet. It has a 100mm hole through the the draw bar and connected to a Hydro Flow Bar Feed 3.6 meter's. With this machine you can put live tools anywhere around the 12 station turret, this allows you to drill and tap holes in diameters and faces of parts.  Mill squares, hexagon or Octagons. It can also be used as a normal lathe turning screw cutting etc. If a job arrises that is beyond our programmer, we have access to the Okuma Technical Centre.
